Experience our hangars: The Factory — an 8,500 m² hangar. During the festival you will be able to experience classic vehicles, supercars, Formula 1 cars, unique historical vehicles, youngtimers, motorcycles, mopeds, markets, music and food and drinks of the best kind — signed Kooperativet and Lindholmen Street Food Market.
During this year's event, we have a little extra focus on Swedish Automotive History and all the Swedish innovations it has brought. Volvo, Saab, Koenigsegg, Tjorven, the airbag, the three-way catalytic converter, the Cederholmaren, the three-point belt, Indigo, Polestar, yes the list can be made long. See these cars and innovations on site as well as take in this amazing story. You can see all this in our new hall The Factory.
In our new racing area The Yard we will show, start and also this year drive some F1 cars, Le Mans cars and Rally cars. Among other things, you will see Ronnie Peterson's March 721X start up and running. This along with simulators and clubs in pleasant environment.
There is a strong connection between celebrities and their vehicles. We have put together a photo collage that will be displayed on a number of screens in the area with famous people and their favorite cars. On site there is a Cadillac Fleetwood Brougham owned and driven by Elvis, Brezhnev's Volvo limousine with bullet holes, etc.
As last year, it will offer the visitor some art and collectibles related to car culture. On site are Old Prints selling unique original posters, Autocultura showcasing his art, Finn Gutenfelt displaying and selling his delicious retro stucco car parts, unique F1 images and of course this year's event poster.

For five decades, Dino Paoli has driven racing innovation and developed technologies that take performance forward -- in motorsport and beyond. Also on hand in Dino Paoli's stand is Julia Eliasson with her V8 Thunder Car.

On Saturday morning, a brand new and unique rally starts at a secret location outside Gothenburg. At 11:00 the first cars will finish at the entrance via Pumpgatan where they will then drive onto the area and park together on the exposed parking area when The Yard. See map.

In our new restaurant space right next to The Yard we invite you to a nice afternoon hangout from 3pm with music, good food, awards ceremony, entertainment, surprises, auction, film screening etc.
We have invited some of all the amazing automotive museums that are scattered throughout our country. On-site venues include Malsjö Classic, Motala Motormuseum, Motorima, Saab Museum, World of Volvo. A few more will accrue. More info soon.

Business By The Docks is an annual international meeting place for companies and people in the automotive industry. On 29 May 2026 we will see you at Lindholmen in Gothenburg, the day before Sweden's largest urban vehicle festival Gothenburg Classic Car Weekend starts. Exciting speakers, interesting meetings, product launches, street food and lots of business.
Drive in together. Park together in the best place. Be a part of the Weekend & Event. Gothenburg Classic Rally is made in cooperation with Bilweb auctions and is a joint rally experience for collectors and enthusiast cars during the Gothenburg Classic Car Weekend.We gather at a special place 0900 for refreshments, talks and briefings.
Then we drive together to the exhibition area — as part of the event, not just as visitors. (More info and details to come in February 2026). Your car will be parked on a reserved area, marked and displayed to the public. The number of seats is limited to 100 cars.
On Saturday, May 30, there will be a big Tribute party to pay tribute to our city and Volvo. Music, meetings, nostalgia, lots of cars, future and joy. Ja! Vår partner Göteborgs stad parkering kommer erbjuda speciellt utvalda parkeringar för finbilsbesökare.
Det är Polisen som utfärdar väskförbud med anledning av den förhöjda terrornivån i Sverige, och vi som arrangör är tvungna att följa reglerna polisen satt upp. Det finns dock två undantag, och det är just skötväskor och väskor för medicinskt bruk. För att få ta med en sådan väska in på området måste dock vår personal få titta igenom den före inpassering. Så länge det är lugnt är det ok att ha med sig skötväska.
