Rules of procedure for exhibitors and partners GCCW 2025

THE EXHIBITION

The exhibition opens on 30 May 2026 at 10.00 and closes on 31 May at 16.00.Transportation within the exhibition area is not allowed between 09.00 and 16.00.00. NOTE! Exhibitors are NOT allowed to leave the area before 17:00.

ARRIVAL

➔ Vehicle exhibitors and partners must be on site no later than 08.30 on the day of the exhibition, May 30. Admission takes place from 6:30 a.m. Each vehicle exhibitor receives 2 free exhibitor passes per car.

Construction

➔ Construction is possible from Thursday, May 28, at noon, until Friday, May 29, at 9:00 p.m.

DISMANTLING of the stand/exhibition space

➔ Disassembly takes place from Sunday 31st May at 17:00. There is also the possibility of dismantling on Monday 1/6.

DEPARTURE

➔ For safety and quality reasons, it is not It is allowed for exhibitors to leave the exhibition area before 17:00 on the days of the exhibition.

EXHIBITORS PDF (for automotive exhibitors only)

➔ Attached Exhibitor-PDF is placed clearly in the front window at the entrance to the exhibition area so our parking staff can help guide you correctly.

EXHIBITION CONDITIONS (applies to car clubs)

➔ The place will be marked with painted line as well as fenced. All exhibitors are responsible for cleaning their booth after the exhibition has closed.

BOOTH FOR PARTNERS, SPONSORS AND OTHERS

➔ Agreed area is reserved on the site. Upon arrival, please contact Fredrik Dahlgren at 0722—012754 and you will get help on the spot. Note! Be sure to arrive well in advance, follow the indicated road signs to the exhibition.

INGESTION

➔ Lots of good food, drinks, beer and wine are available onthe area. The cooperative ensures that we will be able to enjoy all the world's food.

Accomodation

➔ Extra fun is if you stay over at Lindholmen. Stay comfortably with Strawberry and our Clarion ThePier exhibitor hotel. Link hotels

TOILETS

➔ Toilets are available on site. Disabled toilet is available at www.kooperativet.se

GARBAGE DISPOSAL

➔ Trash cans are all over the area. Containers for coarse garbage can be found on site.

ENTRANCE FEE AND PARKING FOR VISITORS

➔ Admission fee for adult is SEK 200. Children under the age of 12 have free admission. Parking facilities are available adjacent to the area. Different fees depending on location.
