Our vision to create a world-class automotive festival obviously requires a world-class organization. During the festival weekend, May 30-31, our team consists of nearly 300 amazing employees. For the rest of the year, we focus on planning, partnerships, content and logistics — all to ensure that the event is both attractive and valuable for visitors and exhibitors.

Fredrik started his involvement in Tjolöholm classic Motor almost 20 years ago. Then as an exhibitor and now as an organizer in charge of sponsorship and content.

Sören, with lifelong experience in sales in major international groups, has been part of TCM for many years. He ensures that sponsors and partners receive the expected dividends.

Björn has been a part of car culture since childhood, with its roots in the classic Vallåkraträffen. Today he works in sales, project management and marketing, and has extensive experience from some of Sweden's largest car shows and meetings. At GCCW, Björn is responsible for sales to companies — a role where his industry knowledge and passion for the car hobby really come into play.

Product designer to the profession with a keen interest in motorsport and in particular Formula 1. Behind the book Memories of Ronnie Peterson and the exhibition Svensk Motorsport at Autoseum. Has also helped racing driver Rasmus Lindh with media and press between 2010-2020.

Michael is a well-known profile in classic vehicles and works every day at Bilweb Auctions. Michael co-founded KVD car auctions and his interest in cars has been around since childhood. Michael works with sales, partnerships and content within GCCW.

André has many years of experience from sales and relationship building in many different industries, most recently from hotel and strawberry. Worked with events and fairs before and has a keen interest in cars and motorcycles.

Bengt has in one way or another worked with Volvo and Volvo cars for more than 45 years.In 1987 he founded VROM.ORG and the camping veterans. In the 90s he worked with Volvo Motorsport and BTCC at Volvo Cars where he also founded “Heritage Marketing.” He was responsible for some years for the Volvo Cars stand at Techno Classica in Essen. In addition, throughout his adult life he has been active in several clubs and has a large network of contacts.At GCCW, Bengt is responsible for everything related to Volvo, no question is too small.Gött tjott is nice!

Video producer at Volvo AB with a strong passion for older motorcycles. Run, bloom and renovate. Now has a special fondness for patinated Italian 70s, but is into everything from café racers and enduro classics to choppers, original hoes and scooters.

Olle is a civil engineer and has worked at Volvo Cars as a project manager for 33 years. Secretary of KAK Western Department, Chairman of the Lotus Club and member of SBF's Racing Committee.

Chairman of the Swedish Saab Club. Has a large number of Saabars, but also a 1939 Ford and Mercedes S-Class. Been in the business for a long time and have had vintage vehicles from the age of 15 when I got a Puch Dakota, which I still have!

Board member of MHRF, active in Göteborgs Motorhistoriska klubb and Svenska Volvoklubben. I am fascinated by pre-war vehicles and the importance of our vehicles to our industrial history and societal development and the social community to which this contributes.

Anders has been a private pilot for almost 40 years. He has been in charge of the flying piece with us for many years and if you have something you want to show off in the air or on the river, you should contact Anders.

Anders, with his knowledge and commitment, is an important part of our event. Anders is also on our jury.

Elma is a creative and energetic colleague with a lot of thoughts, high and low. She combines sprawling ideas with clear vision and quickly produces a result. Elma's expression in colours, shapes and impressions gives an experience that sticks in the memory and becomes the finishing touch within the project.

Social and creative, Alva has mastered the art of capturing your attention — and keeping it. She snaps up memorable moments and then exposes them to the rest of the world. She never underestimates the power of social media.

Elin keeps the pace up - but never misses the quality. Focusing on bringing the whole team together to reach their goals, she is the guiding light every project needs. The combination of efficiency and attention to detail makes her an important cog in the machinery of the project.

Svante is an outgoing and social creator with an extra eye for good hosting. The combination of hospitality and creative thinking is utilized to create events that are above expectations.
