GCCW is a unique event where classic and sports cars are exhibited in historic shipyard buildings in central Gothenburg.
Our ambition is to have something for everyone. For 2027, we have added more opportunities for exhibitors, and we are further developing the experience for our visitors as well. Leading up to 2027, we are continuing to work on the display and placement of vehicles to create even better experiences. Creating distinct "rooms within rooms" and further developing themed displays like Little Italy, Union Jack, Stars and Stripes, and more enhances the experience for our visitors. We therefore highly value clubs and individual exhibitors who contribute to creating interesting displays.
We offer everything from exclusive exhibition spaces and showrooms in our hangars to a vintage rally featuring classic cars, as well as a premium parking area for those who want to show off their pride and joy more spontaneously. We want to showcase a wide variety of noteworthy vehicles: classics, sports cars, hypercars, unique cars, fun cars, motorcycles, and mopeds.
After you have submitted an application, we will contact you to discuss how we can best present your vehicles and your club.
As a private exhibitor, it is free of charge to exhibit your vehicle throughout the weekend. If the GCCW team would like you to participate in the indoor exhibition, your vehicle must remain in place for the entire weekend. If the vehicle is placed outdoors, you have the option to drive home at the end of the day. In that case, you can choose whether you want to exhibit on Saturday, Sunday, or both days. You can also choose to leave the car overnight or drive home and return the next day.
After you have submitted your application, the GCCW team will review all entries and then propose a placement for the exhibition.
If you are part of the indoor exhibition, the cars must remain in place for both days, May 29–30, 2027. Naturally, the halls are locked and a security company is responsible for safety. We will go through all practical information and answer any questions after you have submitted your expression of interest.
If you are a large club, you might want an indoor booth area to exhibit a selection of cars, while also having a larger club area outdoors? We will discuss this together after you have submitted your expression of interest.
Those who choose to display their cars outdoors can choose to be on-site for 1 or 2 days. This also provides the option to drive home in the evening and return the next day. The entire area is fenced and patrolled by a security company around the clock.
If you do not wish to apply for an exhibitor spot, you are of course very welcome to visit with your classic car. We will have a dedicated classic car parking area right next to the exhibition. You will, of course, pay the entrance fee to the event, but there is no parking fee for the classic car parking area. You will be guided to the classic car parking upon arrival at the venue.
